We, the members of __________ support The Ohio River Trail Council in their efforts to develop and maintain the Ohio River Trail in Beaver and Allegheny Counties.  We believe in the necessity of the creation of this linear park to join our communities and provide a safe and scenic venue for recreation and alternative transportation.  We believe The Ohio River Trail is an asset to Beaver County and the communities it spans. We believe in developing rails with trails as well as the conversion of the abandoned industrial corridors into a trail for walkers, runners, bikers and equestrians.

We __________ support The Ohio River Trail Council and commend the organization as a well respected, locally managed, non-profit group of civic-minded and dedicated individuals.

We approve of their efforts to seek funding and wisely utilize resources for the continued development of the South Shore Trail to join the Montour Trail or those currently enjoyed in adjacent counties.  We hereby join the list of the Coalition of Trail Supporters for ORTC.
